Lindy’s Blog

Hi!  My name is Lindy Swatkowski.  After much encouragement from my wonderful husband Jonathan, I had decided to start my own blog.  Some of my interests include world culture and language, creativity in cooking, motivation in exercise and nutrition, reading, and geocaching.  I am a believer in caring for the world and its people, especially those who are the most in need of help.

I work for a company called ACR Homes, which primarily manages group homes for people with disabilities and other needs.  I am a residential supervisor for one of the group homes.  My work is both extremely rewarding and challenging, and I truely love it.  I have been married for 7 years to a wonderful man named Jonathan.  We currently do not have children, but have a wildly energetic golden retriever named Brian Urlacher Swatkowski.

I have lived in the states of South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.  My childhood was spent mostly in Janesville, Wisconsin.
